Born and raised in Wyoming, Kim started her property management career in October 2009 as an administrative assistant and worked her way up to the Wyoming Regional Property Manager for RHP Properties.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and an
Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Casper Col

Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Casper College. She became a licensed Realtor in 2016
and a licensed Broker in 2019. Throughout her career she has been able to gain knowledge and experience from her many mentors.
For the past 7 years, Kim has been managing 200+ properties in the Casper area, commercial properties, as well as storage unit facilities.
In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family, which includes her husband and two daughters.
